29Rooms
29Rooms is an immersive experience and interactive art installation created by Refinery29. It features a series of themed rooms that showcase art, design, and culture, encouraging guests to explore, engage, and participate. Each room is curated by different artists, brands, or creators, often highlighting themes related to identity, empowerment, and creativity. The NYC and LA tour included 16 activation days and attracted over 60,000 attendees.
As one of the lead producers, my responsibilities included production of 6 “rooms” each being 20’x20’ footprint with individual budgets and timelines that ladder into masters. Key responsibilities included: scenic build supervision, Brand Ambassador training, KPI reporting, and post event striking and shipping.
