The corks popped, the wine flowed at the 2019 Penfolds Limitless House, a luxury experience held at the Paradise Club in New York City. The two-day event consisted of educational tastings, an eventful after party, and one-on-one recorking appointments for collectors. At the after party magicians, aerialists, tarot card readers, and endless wine entertained guests at until the grand reveal moment, when a House of Yes performance of aerialists, break dancers, and more gathered on stage to reveal the latest varietal of Penfolds Grange. The performances ended with an army of servers descending on the floor with Grange pours for everyone in the crowd.

JUST Egg was seeking to turn attention to breakfast and its plant-based JUST Egg product with a sampling tour that cooked up different experiences in 4 markets. As the lead producer for New York, we activated the JUST ‘Garden Studio,’ a branded glass-walled box truck complete with a jungle themed photo moment, a stylish lounge, and plenty of delicious samples. The truck made multiple stops across Manhattan and Brooklyn, the tour included a takeover at both locations of the hot brunch spot Egg Shop, Smorgasburg, and Hester Street Fair.

Freeform wanted to tease their new show; Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists by having an exclusive screening for R29 readers. The screening took place in Chicago and New York with 175 guests attending each. Guests in New York were surprised by the two leads from the show arriving before the screening started.

The 29Rooms Expand Your Reality tour made it way to the West coast in December 2018 for five days. Guest were invited to travel blindfolded through a multi-sensory ASMR tunnel, dance it out with performers in a reimagined nightclub, write an intimate letter to their inner child and work side by side with Artists in a dedicated studio space. 29Rooms is a “choose-your-own-adventure” experience in this ever-changing dreamscape of modern art and experiential design.

Over 1.5 days nearly 1,000 female content creators in the health & wellness space gathered to share information, inspiration, and innovation. As a title sponsor Chase Slate wanted to make a lasting impression. With an open and welcoming footprint we invited attendees into the space and asked them to take a short financial quiz, once they received their results they were prompted to select a smoothie “flavor” inspired by their quiz results. The space served as a lounge and photo moment with fun financial sayings printed on each smoothie glass.

Premier Nutrition wanted to target retail buyers by attending appropriate events and trade shows for two of their top brands; PowerBar and Premier Protein. We designed, built, and managed a modular event set that could attend trade shows and expos of various sizes, footprints ranged from a 10’x10’ to 80’x20’.

In an effort to promote their North American chocolate line Cailler created 2 holiday pop-up stores in New York and San Francisco. In addition to endless samples and opportunities to shop the stores featured an indulgent VR experience, personalized laser cut holiday cards, and a guided chocolate tasting bar led by the brands own chocolatier. The experience also incorporated local flair—in New York, iconic window designer Simon Doonan created a show-stopping window piece, and in San Francisco, sommelier Shelley Lindgren paired Cailler Chocolate with local wines.

The New Balance Made in the USA Craftsmanship Tour visited large-scale music, art and food festivals during summer 2015 with the goal of educating consumers about the importance of domestic manufacturing and New Balance’s heritage as the only athletic shoe company still producing in the U.S.
The experience featured a number of interactive elements including onsite screen printing, make-your-own key chains using materiality found in New Balance shoes, a display of New Balance’s lifestyle footwear throughout the years, and an interactive screens that allowed consumers to participate in NB Maker, the company’s custom web site.

McCafé partnered with Hyundai to sample new McCafé coffee at various NFL events in 2015 and 2016. Pierce designed, built, and executed the coffee sampling at Super Bowl 50, The NFL Draft, NFL Kick off Village, and Super Bowl LI reaching thousand of eager NFL fans and coffee drinkers.
